How it works
Paste the link
Copy the listing's link from Property Finder or Bayut and paste it. No account is needed for your first two checks.

We read the listing and the registry
We read the price, size and layout from the listing, then compare them with the registered sales of the same project and layout. The registry is DARI, Abu Dhabi's official record of every sale.

You get one card to send
Sold in the last 6 months, the launch price (the developer's first sales), the last sale, "hot deal or not" and the room to negotiate. Every figure carries its date and its count.

Questions
Where do the numbers come from?
From DARI, Abu Dhabi's official property registry: every registered sale, with its date. Asking prices come from the portals and brokers' lists, each with its date.
How fresh is it?
The registry is loaded every day; the card says the date of the newest sale it uses.
Does it read Dubizzle links?
No. Dubizzle links cannot be read automatically. Paste the listing text instead, or the same unit's Property Finder or Bayut link.
Is this a valuation?
No. It is a range from registered sales of the same layout, not a RICS valuation (the formal valuation a bank orders). For one unit's value, use Value a unit.
