Questions people ask before paying

Where do the numbers come from?

Registered sales from the Abu Dhabi land registry data (2019 to date), the ADREC dashboard, developer brochures, offer letters and dated availability lists, broker resale lists, Property Finder asking prices. Every figure carries its date. When we do not have something, the assistant says so and gives a web figure only labelled as such.

What counts as a question?

One message from you. Follow-ups count too; a listing check is one question even though it runs several lookups.

What is a broker-checked answer?

When a question turns on your own contract, an uncertain point or something we cannot answer from the data, the assistant offers to pass it to a broker. A working broker reads it and replies inside the chat, usually within 24–48 hours. Flags for things we simply do not have yet are free and do not use one of these.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Account, in two taps. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month. See the refund policy.

Do you give legal, tax or mortgage advice?

No. The assistant explains what a clause usually means, what to ask for and what the numbers say; your lawyer, bank or adviser decides. It never predicts prices; projections are labelled as projections with their inputs shown.

Is Dubai covered?

Yes for advice, documents, developer lists and the market knowledge; registered sales data today covers Abu Dhabi.
